Refund policy
At Jovelli Performance, all wheels are custom-built to order based on your vehicle specifications.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders Â
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jovelliperformance.com with photos of the issue.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Order Cancellation Â
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
